Quality & compliance

Inspected before it leaves the floor.

Quality is a process, not a promise. Below is exactly what we check, when, against which standards — and what documentation travels with your order.

Five QC gates

Where we check, and what

  1. Incoming materials

Boards, veneers, edges and hardware checked against the order: class, thickness, colour batch, supplier declaration filed.

  2. First article / sample

For serial orders the first unit is measured, photographed and approved by you before the batch starts. It becomes the reference standard.

  3. In-process checks

Dimensions after cutting, edge quality after banding, drilling pattern, finish thickness and colour against the approved sample.

  4. Assembly & function

Hardware adjustment, door and drawer function, squareness, levelling — every unit, not a sample.

  5. Pre-shipment inspection

Visual and dimensional inspection of the packed batch with a photo report sent to you before dispatch. Packing checked against your warehouse standard.

Standards

Made to the norm your product falls under

We manufacture to the European standard applicable to the product category and can arrange testing at an accredited laboratory when your project requires certificates.

Domestic storage & kitchen furniture

EN 14749 strength and durability; EN 1116 kitchen coordinating sizes.

Non-domestic storage (offices, hotels)

EN 16121 / EN 16122 for contract storage furniture.

Beds & children's furniture

EN 1725 for beds; EN 716 cots and EN 71-3 material safety for children's products — an area we know from our own children's brand.

Surfaces & emissions

E1 / E05 boards; formaldehyde per EN 16516; finishes with supplier data sheets.

Upholstered elements

Fire behaviour per EN 1021-1/-2 when the project asks for it; fabrics to your specification.

Standards are applied per project and stated in the quote. Testing and certification are quoted separately.

Documentation with every order

Paperwork your importer will ask for

EUR.1 movement certificate

Duty-free entry into the EU under the EU-Ukraine DCFTA. Prepared by us.

Commercial invoice, packing list, CMR

Per shipment, in English, matched to your purchase order.

Material declarations

Board class, veneer species, finish system, hardware — from our suppliers, filed per batch.

EUDR due-diligence data

Wood species, country and region of origin, supplier chain — collected per shipment so your importer can file the due-diligence statement.

FSC / PEFC

Chain-of-custody material available through certified suppliers when the project requires it.

Test reports & certificates

Arranged at accredited laboratories on request; cost quoted per project.

  • Foam or cardboard separators between finished surfaces
