Processes and equipment
Every process below runs at our own factory in Lviv. Where a project needs something we don't do in-house — solid-wood turning, upholstery, metal frames — we place it with an audited partner under our contract and QC.
Panel sizing & cutting
Precise sizing of boards, plywood and MDF; grain-matched cutting for veneered fronts.
Cut-list optimisation
Edge banding
PVC, ABS and veneer edging with zero-joint look on request; laser-quality edges on premium fronts.
0.4 - 2 mm edges
Drilling & hardware insertion
System-32 drilling, hinge boring, dowel and cam insertion, hardware fitted and tested.
Blum, Hettich, Häfele or as specified
Sanding & spray finishing
Lacquers, stains and oils in matt, satin or gloss; colour-matched to RAL/NCS; primed-and-painted fronts.
PU, acrylic, water-based systems
Assembly & pre-shipment QC
Carcass and drawer assembly, hardware adjustment, function test, dimensional and visual inspection with a photo report.
Inspection report per batch
Export packing & palletising
Edge protectors, corner blocks, stretch film, EPAL pallets, labelling to your warehouse standard.
