Straight answers
Is it safe to place production in Ukraine right now?
Fair question — so here are the facts. The factory is in Lviv, in the far west of Ukraine, roughly 1,000 km from the front line and 50 km from the Polish border. Road logistics into the EU have kept running throughout. And the commercial risk sits with us, not you: milestone payments tied to accepted deliveries, insured door-to-door shipping. You pay for results, not promises.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We're flexible by design. One-off prototypes, pilot batches of 20-50 units and serial runs are all normal for us. Exact MOQ depends on the product and finish — we state it clearly in the quote.
What are typical lead times?
A sample or prototype: 2-3 weeks. Serial batches: 4-8 weeks depending on volume and finish. Road delivery adds 1-3 days for Central Europe — not the 8-12 weeks of a container from Asia.
What files do you need for a quote?
DWG, DXF, STEP or PDF are ideal — but a photo with dimensions works too. Our engineers turn whatever you have into production documentation and confirm every detail with you before cutting.
How do you protect our designs and brand?
We sign NDAs before you share drawings and manufacture strictly under your brand. Your designs are never reused, never shown in our portfolio and never offered to other clients without written permission.
What materials and hardware do you use?
E1-class boards, plywood, MDF and veneered panels from European suppliers, with hardware and finishes specified per project. Every quote lists the exact materials — so you compare like for like.
How do payments and shipping work?
Typical schedule: deposit on order, balance against ready-for-shipment photos or acceptance. Shipping under EXW, FCA, DAP or DDP — your choice. Export documents and the EUR.1 certificate are on us.
